Then call the following State Representatives to ask them,

 

"Please vote YES on Gordon's bill HB15-1163 to repeal those provisions of Colorado Statute that align with the 2013 version of the Affordable Care Act, if they're first repealed in Washington DC.  Keep alignment so we don't have two different sets of rules for federal or state compliance."
